All sales and services are final. If there is an issue with your item upon receipt you must document and report to us within 24 hours of item delivery.
When requesting to return or receive a refund you must follow the following steps:
- You MUST pay for return shipping
- You must send photos and email documenting the issue with your item.
- You MUST do so within 24 hours of receipt.
- Once your item is received back and is the EXACT condition it was shipped,
we will then begin processing your refund.
*PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLY REASON ALLOWING YOU TO RECEIVE A REFUND WILL BE IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED.
Once your item has been received back and is matching the item shipped, we will then begin to process a refund
to the payment method used at purchase.
*WE WILL NOT SEND CASH, CASHAPP, VENMO, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT FUNDS TO ANY INDIVIDUAL. PAYMENT WILL BE
REVERSED TO THE CARD USED AT TIME OF PURCHASE. NO OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT OF REFUND WILL BE USED.
